Rola helped us through the home-buying process, in a particular context of pandemonium and overbidding. Rola knew how to prepare us for the visits and advised us well on the offers (as well as giving us her opinion on the price to put and when to stop when the overbid was not worth it). We had several visits and our dream home was found!

We especially appreciated her help with all the legal documents, the offer to purchase process and the thousand and one questions we had (at all hours of the day, even at midnight!). She didn’t hesitate to go out of her way to help us look at houses, even though it meant a lot of back and forth to the Laurentians (where we were looking for our house).
